AFYLA offers free shipping worldwide. We work with FedEx Express Worldwide as Our shipping third party
We will send You a tracking number and all the necessary information about the shipment.
To track Your order, You will find a section in Your AFYLA account with all the necessary information about your order.

3. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Shipping timing may vary from country to another. Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.
Please note that orders are not shipped out on weekends and holidays. All orders are processed automatically and We are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
The prices of products are expressed in U.S. dollars inclusive of taxes and duties for Europe, U.S., Morocco and UAE. Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
For other parts of the world, the prices of products are expressed in U.S. dollars inclusive of taxes, but all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately We cannot estimate how much duties You will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
5. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
You may exchange the items purchased from www.afylaworld.com within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. AFYLA will cover the shipping costs to Our warehouse and You main free of charge. Please follow these four steps:
Contact us: Our team of advisors will assist You on the return by offering a complete service or pick up by the courier company. They will also provide the documents needed by email. Contact Us by choosing the subject “Returns”. You can also email or call us.
Complete the questions in the form: You will receive a “Return form” with questions on it. You should complete them and include the form in the packaging.
Prepare the packaging: Including the return form completed and with the documents requested by Our advisors team.
Give the package to the courier: We will contact the courier to schedule a pickup and shipment of your return or We can hand You the courier’s contact an arrange a pick up that will suit You better. Or You can drop the package off at
Our carrier shipping location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label is complimentary.
Once the parcel arrives at Our warehouse, it will be checked by Our quality control team. After approval AFYLA will refund the amount paid to the card which You made the payment, This process may take up to 15 days.
Please make sure the merchandise You return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise We will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
If You wish to change the size and/or color of an item that You purchased, You can do so at no additional cost within 15 days of delivery date.
Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for You and as soon as We receive your return, We will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but You can always return it by following the instructions in Our Return Policy.
